For our recent trip we paid in advance for a round trip service to and from Philadelphia Airport. The day before our arrival home, Carol, the owner, informed us they would not be picking us up and we should "take a taxi". When we pressed the question of alternate transportation from Philadelphia to New Jersey, Carol began yelling. When we asked her to please stop yelling, Carol told us to "shut up and go to hell". They left us stranded in Philadelphia and we have not heard from them since. We are waiting for a refund and an apology. Carol's demeanor was obnoxious and totally inappropriate. We recommend you don't use this service unless you want to be yelled at and stranded. We are contacting the Better Business Bureau and other organizations. At Your Service left my retired parents stranded in Philadelphia with no way home - after they had Pre-Paid $300 cash for a round trip fare. Carol, the owner, even went so far as to tell my mom "Shut Up and Go to Hell", hung up on her then refused to pick up the phone when my mom asked her about an alternate way home from the airport.
