Serving beckley area. Reviews  By Jo Anna F. from Charleston, WV Posted May 11, 2010 First, let me post the positive. Our driver, Mac, was wonderful and we enjoyed meeting him. Now to the problems. First, the air conditioning was not working. We had to keep changing seats, so we could take turns by the window. I was told we would have cokes and ice in the limo and there was no ice. Mac did get us some ice, however. We still managed to have a fun evening, by stopping a few times and getting out of the hot limo. Then I got home to find a bill on my computer for $500. I was quoted $100 an hour and we had the limo from 8-midnight.. I sent them an e-mail and no one has even had the courtesy to respond. I will refute the bill on my credit card until I am refunded at least a minimum of $100, and honestly feel I'm owed a larger refund due to not getting what was promised. We are planning to do this yearly, but Hickory Limo will not be our limo of choice. Sadly, too, because we really would like to have Mac as our driver.
