They left me stranded at Tampa airport because my flight was 43 minutes late. I had booked and paid for a shared ride and after I landed and called for my ride, they very rudely told me they couldn't wait for me because my flight was late and I hadn't called to let them know and it wouldn't be fair to make the other people in the van wait! How could I have called from the plane? They had my flight information and could have easily checked to see when I would be landing. She suggested that next time I should not book a shared ride!!! That makes no sense! Whoever the other people were in the van had apparently also booked a shared ride, so they should have had to wait for everyone. Either that, or this company should have arranged another way home for me. I had been in a wheelchair and was left stranded outside the terminal with all of my luggage and would not have even been able to get back into the terminal if I wanted to. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND NASTY! I will be filing a formal complaint with the Florida Attorney General's Office and the Florida .
