Left N Riverside at 9am. Bus while on route started to smoke inside bus(possible due to A/C) Also the intercom did not work correctly. Stopped the bus in fronto of FBI Building for at least 1/2 hour trying to determine what to do. I am sure that the N Riverside Recreation Manager was in touch with you by phone(she was on the tour) It was decided to drive the bus to Manny's Deli and wait for a replacement bus. This replacement bus came at about 11:30 WITH NO WORKING A/C.The replacement bus left and so the original smoking bus was driven to Al's Beef and we all returned to N riverside Village Hall....NO Tour No information on refund of $45 for the tour What company sends out a replacement bus with no A/C??? What company doesn't immediately give a refund?? Your company should apologize with a refund and a free tour. If not I am going to write every Village Recreation Dept in the area and tell them of your idea of a tour bus for mostly senior citizens on a tour.
