We were very disappointed to have an old junky 10 passenger Lincoln show up with a driver that had no idea what we ordered. Of course no one is available, so we made due and put some of our party in another car. I attempted to contact them for a week finally a secretary emails back and apologized and took responsibility for the mistake. Thank you. She said the owner was on vacation and would be back in a week, and he would contact me. He never did. I emailed a request for a refund of the difference of what we oaid for and what we received, which is the minimum. 30 days later- no refund, no I’m sorry, nothing!
