Most of the drivers are great, especially Raddi and Ghazi. There is a woman who is on all night who is very rude and does not know what she is talking about. Tere is also a guy who lies constantly. He will tell you that a car is five minutes away when either he has not yet called for a car for you or he knows that the car he has sent for you will be there in 45 minutes, not 5. Making an advance reservation is not a guarantee. I reserved a car to go to a medical procedure and asked that it be there by 12:00 pm. I found out that the guy called a driver at 12:00 pm to pick me up. Julie does a good job.
